A sad day . R.I.P Gene,

I have taken a look some minutes ago in the guestbook .
It seems Gene Sprague aka FreekBoyG is deceased.I´m really shocked.
Gene was such a great guy.I know him since 2001 .
He submitted his first great Necrisskin that time.
Gene , you will be missed.
It´s a drama to lose a great part of the UT skinning community and such a great guy.
I´m sorry to find the right words.
I keep you updated , if I get more infos.
My condolences goes to his family and friends.

That was very sad, Everytime we talked . I am hoping he's not gonna do it. ...... well that's life...soon we all going to reunite with him. But not now. there's still time to move on. I miss you Gene. Nice Friend/Nice co-worker/ Good and excellent online buddy. So long Gene . R.I.P.

| Dru.... he inspired me too... my first skin... he was so kind.... he gave such kind words... i knew my work was nowhere near his level.... I can't believe it... he took the time to talk me I'm sure just the way he talked to other's who loved his work.... it wasn't just about his work... it was the fact that he was a damn good guy... so uplifting and helpful. R.I.P. my mentor. I feel I want to pursue skinning further to feel that he's impacted me largely. |

Man ... I remembered this guy ... I can't believe he died. He was a great person in the UT skinning community and really fun guy. I can't believe he's gone now.

| I use his Necris skins the most out of all my UT2K4 stuff. He was a really great skinner and that alone should be enough of a reason for him to be missed. My condolences for his familly are many and sincere. I trully will miss his presence. |

| This is an awful shock... FreakboyG was the reason I began skinning in the first place. I absolutely loved his Necris stuff and it inspired me to give it a try. I am so sorry to here this. My condolences to his family and firends. You will be missed Gene. Thank you for your great skins. |
