Considering the vast majority of games are played with team colours (the only vaguely popular gametypes which use the standard skin are Deathmatch and Invasion, although LMS should be popular imo... tasteless server admins, bah...), you've got to see teamskins as part of the design process, rather than a tax on your time. If anything, just use one of the team colour skins as the standard skin; I don't know about the rest of you but I hardly ever play Deathmatch these days. |

I know how to do team skins but I find them a total pain to do. Maybe its because of the type of skin that I do. Most team colors that I have done has added hours to the skin due to recoloring and altering textures to make them look right.
Team skins are not a nessary part of the skinning process. If you like to do them then more power to you. I personaly can't stand them. Alot of my skins are blue or red to start with and I think that it making a team skin looks silly.

I've gotta agree. Anyone who doesn't know how to do them and wants to should head over to the forums. It's easy and only takes a couple of minutes. I also think it's necessary as more people will be playing onslaught and team games in UT2004. On a separate note, anybody know about a bright skins mod for UT2004 as my latest skin pack includes them too. Just wondering if they're worth including. Thanks guys n gals :) |

For the sake of a blob of red and a blob of blue you guys should really do team colours. No T/C=No download for me :( |
