NexusOne from the Rem(+)te Strike Mod made the Rem(+)teStriketrooper.It´s version 0.1 and comes with one skin.They release an updated version with more textures and a more polished model in v0.2 soon.
Hide submitted another fine SkinPack for his LittleEris model.
