This model's size is too large.
I send you some advices as same MilkShape user.
The cause is ...
1. Name of uax package must be unique from the other packages. This model's uax and utx have same name. Then, when uax was saved by UnrealED, skin data was included in uax package.
2. It is better to use DXT1 for bitmap of skin, as long as neither mask nor alpha are used. DXT5 is low-compression. This model seems to have no needs to use DXT5.
